Canada's 1st Health and Fitness Vacation Camp for Women, Children and Teens
Eight out of every ten children today suffer from a weight issue. Canadian and American children are suffering from health issues seen previously only in adults. Many overweight children become obese by the time they reach adolescence. Sixty-eight percent of all adults are now classified as overweight. Many overweight people suffer from low self-esteem, are extremely self-conscious and in some cases have given up on dieting and losing weight all together. They feel it’s too hard or it doesn’t work for them. In the last 5 years more then 500,000 adults have become overweight.

Come to camp this summer! This will be a different experience with rewarding programs that you have never tried before. "Boot camps" offer you extreme fitness, while "diet camps" offer you nutritional counselling. Camp California offers you healthy meals along with reasonable exercise programs, neither of which is extreme. The best part of camp is that we understand this is your summer and FUN should be the priority. All campers have the opportunity to go off campus weekly to visit some of Ontario's biggest and brightest attractions. We also offer campers nightly activities that allow them to learn new skills, try new things and enjoy themselves. Our programs are organized based on age and gender, allowing campers to feel comfortable while enjoying a non-competitive atmosphere.
